Boris Arendt has been a lawyer and consultant in the fields of data protection, IT law, digitalization and technology for over 20 years. His professional career took him into highly specialized management consulting for 10 years, where he advised national and international companies and corporations in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity and IT compliance as a consultant, manager and executive. As external data protection officer, auditor and project manager for the development and implementation of data protection and information security management systems (DSMS/ISMS), he particularly advised clients from the banking and insurance, healthcare, automotive and cloud computing sectors. He gained international corporate experience as data protection officer and head of the data protection team of a global medical technology company and provider of digital health services.
